So why is “Sally” or “Tommy” on the Internet so much? Ever wonder what they’re doing or who they’re chatting with? No? Maybe you should.
This article reminds parents that we can’t forget to protect them online. We teach our kids to look both ways before crossing the street, don’t talk to strangers, and such. Teaching them to be safe online should be on the same list.
Is your kid’s school taking measures to keep kids off sites they shouldn’t be on? Find out. And what about at home? If you have parental control software in place, is it doing its job?
Do your kids stay with someone after school? Can they access the Internet from there? If so, what protection, if any, is being employed there?
Knowing what’s going on in your kid’s life is so important.
