I’ve Been Tagged: Reawakening The Lonely Posts

Brown Thoughts tagged me for another blog of mine. But I thought I’d carry that tag over to this one as well to keep things interesting. It’s about digging out some of my old posts that seem to be unpopular. I had been thinking of doing a retro roundup of sorts so I thought this might be a good way to move in that direction.

Bad Web Parenting in 4 Easy Steps was a bit of an experiment. Rather than pointing out how to be a good parent when it comes to supervising your kid’s online activities, I turned it around and went for how to be a bad parent thinking maybe it would open some eyes.

One comment came through on it. Perhaps it hit too close to home on some?

Another one was MySpace: A Virtual Buffet for Sex Offenders. I don’t know. I suppose all blogger’s hope they make a positive impact with their readers on some level. And just because no one responded to your posts (save the one that did on this one), doesn’t necessarily mean that you didn’t reach them. But this post about MySpace kind of went on the shelf, so to speak. I still fear that many parents just don’t understand what MySpace and its ilk are all about. Or perhaps they are too trusting of their child to think they would never do anything “like that.”

Now, to pass this tag on. I choose Table4Five, Inspirational Awareness, and Rosevibe.
