An Update In Numbers
Like most bloggers, I’m [ahem] addicted to checking my stats: feeds, Alexa, Technorati, and Google PR. It’s like chocolate to me.
So here’s the latest on my rankings thus far:
Alexa
Over the course of 10 days my Alexa ranking has reached 545,922 up from 636,156.
Technorati
A little lower than hoped. It’s resting at 23 with 27 fans.
Google PR
It’s at 4. I’m not complaining.
RSS Subscriptions
This number has always me perplexed. It has gone from 57 from last week to 43. What the heck? I know that sometimes the services from which this number is calculated fluctuate, sometimes even not considered at all, but my other blog doesn’t see this kind of roller coaster. This will only strengthen my resolve to continue delivering good content. Hopefully, that number will reach the 3-digit realm sometime very soon.
These numbers are hard work, but it really comes down to those who visit me. Thank you!

I know it seems like a big dip (from 57 to 43) but it really isn’t that much. 14 people decided not to check their RSS reader that day. FeedBurner can only report how many people checked your feed, not total subscribers. As you gain more subscriptions, the numbers will fluctuate more but it doesn’t necessarily mean you lost subscribers.
